Following legal requirements in the State of Oregon regarding unclaimed property, unclaimed checks for Paid Time Off (PTO) benefits dated June 30, 2018, or before were turned over to the State of Oregon on October 22, 2021. Care providers will need to go to the State of Oregon unclaimed property site to claim their money. Here’s the link to the Oregon Unclaimed Property – Official State Website.
Care providers who have an unclaimed check for PTO benefits issued after June 30, 2018, can contact the Benefits Administrative Office to claim that money. Call 1-844-507-7554, option 3, then option 2 or email OHCWT@vimly.com.
