SEIU 503 \u5458\u5de5\u8f85\u52a9\u8ba1\u5212 (EAP) \u7531 Uprise Health \u63d0\u4f9b\u3002Uprise \u7684\u987e\u95ee\u53ef\u4ee5\u79c1\u4e0b\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u89e3\u51b3\u5f71\u54cd\u60a8\u5de5\u4f5c\u3001\u5bb6\u5ead\u548c\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u514d\u8d39\u83b7\u5f97 EAP \u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>24 \u5c0f\u65f6\u5371\u673a\u6551\u52a9<\/li>\n<li>\u6bcf 12 \u4e2a\u6708\u6700\u591a 5 400;\">\u5982\u679c\u60a8<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7b26\u5408\u8d44\u683c\uff0c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u60a8\u5c06\u83b7\u5f97\u7531 Uprise Health \u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\u60a8\u4e0d\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528 Benefit Convenience <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>\u8f93\u5165\u8bbf\u95ee\u7801\uff1a&#8221;OHWBT&#8221;\u3002 <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u5458\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528 EAP \u798f\u5229\u3002 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u5458\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528 Uprise Health \u63d0\u4f9b\u7684 EAP \u670d\u52a1\u3002\u4f46\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u5458\u4e0d\u80fd\u4f7f\u7528\u5176\u4ed6 Carewell \u798f\u5229\uff08\u7259\u79d1\u3001\u89c6\u529b\u548c\u542c\u529b\u3001\u5e26\u85aa\u5047\u4ee5\u53ca\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u8d39\u7528\u63f4\u52a9\uff09\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u798f\u5229\u4ec5\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u7b26\u5408\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u62a4\u7406\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u3002
